Representative Assembly

Lea Ann Sterling represented her 13th Circuit colleagues at the State Bar of Michigan Representative Assembly September 22, 2016 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Proposals passed by the Representative Assembly included two addressing the role of attorneys advising clients on the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act and attorneys themselves being patients. Another proposal passed would clarify and allow Limited Scope Representation (unbundled services), including an actual limited appearance in court.
