Having a Will can save your loved ones from huge problems. When someone dies without a Will, or a spouse, or children, or parents, then the brothers and sisters and children of deceased brothers and sisters are the heirs. One of the siblings, nieces, or nephews will be appointed as the Personal Representative to wrap up the Decedent's affairs.
